2027 charity relay race 10 Teams max
3 Person Teams at $1,500/team to enter
3 Snowmobiles per Team. One A or B Class, One Fast Leaf, and One Slow Leaf
$1,500 minimum per team to enter. This money will need to be Donated to the recipient WITH PROOF 2 weeks before race day.
For proof we need a receipt of some sort and contact information so we can verify.
Entries must be finalized 2 weeks before race day.
We will need high resolution logos of any donators so that we can get banners and/or poster boards made before race day. to be displayed at the event.
If you have multiple donors, please be able to provide a list of them with the amount they contributed.
Junker Sled will be donating to the winnings teams Charities for the Top 5 spots.
1st +$600
2nd +$500
3rd +$400
4th +$250
5th +$250
Each sled will have to complete 3 laps. Your team can decide to run each sled type in any order you desire.
Junker Sled will provide the 'baton'. It will be a Cloth Number plate with velcro, so each sled will need velcro attached to the hood. This will also ensure that each team has the same number.
Please provide any potential donors with as much information about the event as you can!! Donating any amount of money is a gracious act and the donator needs to know what they are giving to.
With this we plan to give each team some microphone and camera time, we plan on videoing this race with a quick interview session before the race so each team can shout out their donors and the cause they have chosen.
